TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-REGISTRATION


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the pre-registration form and checking the acceptance box, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit the pre-registration form.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dine Dialog (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating from Gurgaon, Haryana, India.


2. ABOUT DINE DIALOG

Dine Dialog organizes small, meaningful social dining events where individuals come together over coffee, lunch, or dinner to have genuine conversations. Our mission is to help people expand their social circles, make new friends, and reduce loneliness through real-life human connections.


3. PRE-REGISTRATION PURPOSE

The pre-registration form is designed to:

  • Collect your interest in attending future Dine Dialog events
  • Gather basic information to match you with suitable events
  • Build a community of individuals interested in meaningful social connections
  • Notify you when we launch events in your area

Important: Pre-registration does not guarantee:

  • Automatic admission to any event
  • That events will be available in your preferred location or timeframe
  • That we will launch services at any specific date

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to pre-register and participate in Dine Dialog events. By submitting this form, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.


5. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

5.1 Information We Collect

We collect the following information through the pre-registration form:

  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Age Range
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide

5.2 How We Use Your Information

7. FUTURE EVENTS AND PAYMENTS

7.1 Paid Events

While pre-registration is free, future Dine Dialog events may require payment. You will be notified of:

  • Payment terms and methods
  • Cancellation and refund policies

Before any payment, you will be required to accept separate terms specific to paid events.

7.2 No Obligation

Pre-registration does not obligate you to:

  • Attend any event
  • Make any payment
  • Continue engagement with Dine Dialog

8. EVENT PARTICIPATION AND LIABILITY

8.1 Event Conduct

By pre-registering, you acknowledge that when attending future events, you will:

  • Conduct yourself respectfully and courteously with other participants
  • Comply with venue rules and regulations
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
  • Be responsible for your own safety and belongings

8.2 Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Dine Dialog acts solely as a facilitator to organize and coordinate social dining events. By pre-registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

Food and Beverage:

  • We are NOT responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food and beverages served at venues
  • You are solely responsible for disclosing any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food sensitivities to the venue
  • We do not guarantee that venues can accommodate all dietary requirements
  • Any food-related illness, allergic reaction, or health issue is not our responsibility

Health and Safety:

  • You attend events at your own risk
  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, or health condition arising from event participation
  • You are responsible for your own health and safety decisions
  • If you have any medical conditions, you should consult a healthcare provider before attending social events

Personal Safety:

  • We conduct basic verification of participants but cannot guarantee the conduct or background of any attendee
  • You are responsible for your own personal safety and security
  • We are not liable for any harm, injury, theft, or damage to property during events
  • You should exercise reasonable caution when meeting new people

Venue-Related Issues:

  • We are not responsible for venue safety, cleanliness, or operations
  • Any disputes with venues should be resolved directly with the venue
  • We are not liable for venue closures, changes, or unavailability

Interactions with Other Participants:

  • We are not responsible for the behavior, statements, or actions of other event participants
  • Any disputes or conflicts with other attendees should be resolved independently
  • We are not liable for any harm arising from interactions with other participants

General Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINE DIALOG, ITS ORGANIZERS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dine Dialog, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
  • Your participation in events
  • Your interactions with other participants or venues

9. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1 Privacy of Other Participants

When attending events, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other participants
  • Not share personal information of other attendees without consent
  • Not record, photograph, or film other participants without explicit permission

9.2 Our Privacy Practices

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with:

  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, and materials related to Dine Dialog are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not:

  • Use our name, logo, or branding without written permission
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
  • Claim any ownership rights to our intellectual property

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website (https://dinedialog.com). Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For pre-registered users, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.


12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove your pre-registration at any time
  • Refuse service or event admission to anyone
  • Terminate your access to events for violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior

You may terminate your pre-registration at any time by contacting us and requesting data deletion.


13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

13.3 Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder, if you have any grievances regarding:

  • Data collection or usage
  • Privacy concerns
  • Any violation of these Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.


15. NO WARRANTIES

PRE-REGISTRATION AND FUTURE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Events will be available at any specific time or location
  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • Our platform or servers are free from viruses or harmful components
